Jack the Ripper

The most famous Fiend in history murders his last known victim in 1888 London.  That's right, Jack the Ripper is a villain available for hire to evil factions in Empire of the Dead. He's also the villain in West Wind's downloadable quick start rules teaser. I say its a teaser because its really a special scenario complete with enough rules to play it.
